Shabbat Policy
Jewish Community Center – Uptown: The Center and Goldring Fitness Center closes at 5:00pm on Fridays. During daylight savings time (March 9 – November 2) the Fitness Center stays open on Fridays until 6:45pm. The Goldring Fitness Center opens at 1:00pm on Saturdays. Please enter through the Leontine Street entrance.
Goldring-Woldenberg Jewish Community Center – Metairie: The Goldring-Woldenberg JCC – Metairie closes at 5:00pm on Fridays. During daylight savings time (March 9 – October 31, 2008) the Center stays open until 6:00pm. The Fitness Center opens at 1:00pm on Saturdays.

Saturday, April 19, 2008 – All facilities close at 5:00pm.
Sunday, April 20, 2008 – All facilities closed.
Monday, April 21, 2008 – All facilities closed. The Uptown Goldring Fitness Center reopens at 5:00pm.
Saturday, April 26, 2008 – The Goldring-Woldenberg JCC – Metairie closed (the Uptown JCC is open at regular hours).
Sunday, April 27, 2008 – The Goldring-Woldenberg JCC – Metairie closed (the Uptown JCC is open at regular hours).

Monday, June 9, 2008 – All facilities closed.
Tuesday, June 10, 2008 – The Goldring-Woldenberg JCC – Metairie closed. The Metairie Center will reopen at 5:00pm – 10:00pm. The Uptown JCC is open all day at regular hours.
